Partico o lingua partica (oppure parto, lingua parta) è il nome attribuito dalla linguistica alla fase della lingua persiana coincidente con l'epoca dell'Impero partico (dinastia arsacide: 247 a.C. al 224 d.C.); per questo motivo è detta anche arsacide.

Assieme alla successiva fase evolutiva del persiano, il sasanide o pahlavi (224-650), costituisce la tappa storica del persiano (iranico) medio, compresa tra il persiano antico (VI-III secolo a.C.) e il persiano (o iranico) moderno (dal X secolo)[1].

Das Parthische ist eine ausgestorbene mitteliranische Sprache. Sie war die Sprache Parthiens (altpers. Partθava), der historischen Landschaft, die ungefähr den Regionen Chorasan und Golestan sowie dem heutigen Turkmenistan entspricht. Sprachgeschichtlich hat das Parthische als Hof- und Verwaltungssprache des von der Arsakiden-Dynastie (247 v. Chr. bis 224 n. Chr.) beherrschten Reiches Bedeutung erlangt (→ Partherreich).

The Parthian language, also known as Arsacid Pahlavi and Pahlawānīg, is an extinct ancient Northwestern Iranian language spoken in Parthia, a region situated in present-day northeastern Iran and Turkmenistan. Parthian was the language of state of the Arsacid Parthian Empire (248 BC – 224 AD), as well as of its eponymous branches of the Arsacid dynasty of Armenia, Arsacid dynasty of Iberia, and the Arsacid dynasty of Caucasian Albania.

Парфя́нский язы́к — мёртвый иранский язык северо-западной подгруппы, распространённый в области Парфии (нын. Хорасан). Парфянский язык был государственным языком Парфянской империи Аршакидов и ранних Сасанидов (248 год до н. э. — 224 г. н. э.), один из основных языков проповеди и литературы в манихейских общинах Центральной Азии[1]. Также был языком одноименных ветвей династии Аршакидов в Армении, династии Аршакидов в Иберии и династии Аршакидов в Кавказской Албании.
