The dozen Ngbaka languages are a family of Ubangian languages spoken in the Central African Republic and neighboring areas. It includes Pygmy languages such as Baka and Gundi. The most populous Ngbaka languages are Mbaka in the western branch, spoken by a quarter million people, and Mayogo in the eastern branch, spoken by half that number.

Not to be confused with Ngbaka language.

Like the Mba languages, the Ngbaka languages are spoken across discontiguous areas scattered across various central African countries.[1]

Les langues ngbaka, aussi appelées langues mundu-baka, sont un groupe des langues oubanguiennes parlées par plus de 400 000 personnes en Afrique centrale, principalement en République centrafricaine, République démocratique du Congo, mais aussi au République du Congo, au Cameroun et au Soudan. Le ngbaka ma’bo et la mayogo sont les langues ngbakas les plus largement parlées, mais malgré le nom du groupe, le ngbaka minangende et le ngbaka manza ne sont pas regroupées avec ses langues mais avec les langues gbaya.
